At Shivanya Travels, we strive to provide seamless and hassle-free travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our services.
 

 Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

     
    Refunds depend on the type of booking and the cancellation timeline. The general guidelines are as follows:
 

• Tour Packages & Travel Services
   

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure – Eligible for a full refund after deducting processing fees.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure – Eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the total booking amount).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of departure – No refund will be issued.
     

•  Flight & Hotel Bookings
   

  • Refunds for flights and hotels depend on the airline/hotel policy and may include cancellation fees.

  • Some bookings are non-refundable or partially refundable as per supplier terms.

  • If the airline/hotel offers a refund, we will process it after deducting service charges.
     

• Visa & Documentation Services
   

  • Visa fees are non-refundable once the application has been processed.

  • If a visa is rejected, no refund will be issued for the processing fee.
     

Refund Process
 

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our customer support portal.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-21 working days after approval.

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

• Service fees, transaction charges, and taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
   

 No-Show & Early Departures

• No-shows (failure to arrive for the booking) are not eligible for refunds.

• Early departures from a tour or hotel stay will not qualify for any partial refunds.
   

 Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

• In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline cancellations, refunds will be subject to supplier policies.

• If a refund is not possible, we may offer a credit voucher for future travel.
