"Third Parties" refer to airlines, hotels, transport providers, visa agents, and other service providers we work with.
2. Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices quoted are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and service provider policies.

Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking as per the specific package terms.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, or online payment gateways.

Any balance payment must be cleared before the trip commencement.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official customer support channels.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service provider’s cancellation policy.

General Cancellation Fees:

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total booking amount.

15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Non-Refundable Services: Certain bookings, such as flights, visas, and last-minute deals, may be non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-21 working days to the original payment method.
4. Travel Documents & Visa Assistance

Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and travel permits as required by the destination country.

We provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approvals. The final decision rests with the respective embassies or consulates.

Any visa rejection or travel restriction does not qualify for a refund unless permitted under the service provider’s policy.
5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shivanya Travels is not liable for any losses due to a lack of travel insurance.
6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport services, etc.) and are not responsible for any service failures, delays, cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, health issues, or losses that may occur during travel.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Code of Conduct for Travelers

Customers must follow the local laws, cultural norms, and rules of the destination country.

Any illegal activity or misconduct during the tour may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Website Usage Terms

The content, images, logos, and trademarks on our website belong to Shivanya Travels and cannot be copied, modified, or reused without our permission.

Users must not post misleading information, spam, or illegal content on our website or social media platforms.
9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We collect and use customer data only for booking purposes and to improve our services.

Personal data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except for service providers as required for bookings.

Customers may request data deletion by contacting our support team.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Any complaints regarding our services must be reported within 7 days of completion of travel.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [Bengaluru, India] under Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other relevant laws.
